Fridays at Trumpington Meadows Community Hub, Trumpington Meadows Primary School, Kestrel Rise, 10.00 am - 12.00 pm
TM Community Hub is a partnership between Connected Lives; local NHS Social Prescribers and housing association bpha. We provide a space where people of all ages can create connections on a weekly basis through:
a nourishing brunch
a stay and play for pre-schoolers and parents/carers
storytelling, singing and craft for all
a listening ear and support for wellbeing and mental health struggles for all
free pre-loved clothing for 0–2-year-olds
a Community Pantry providing free recipes and ingredients
help with bpha housing issues
signposting for financial and food provision to assist with the cost-of-living crisis
Specialist support sessions on women’s health, digital skills, new parents, older fitness, cooking and adult well-being
Join us to build a community and create connections through fun, food and friendship.
All welcome 0-99 years and beyond.
Cost: £3.00 an adult and child, adult £2.00, pay on arrival. If bringing siblings or other family members a further £1.50 a person. Babies free from 0-6 months.
Join us every Friday in school term time.

Together is always Better
I am delighted we can meet back together at Clay Farm on a Wednesday morning for HonC!
