Introducing Connected Lives *
We are a charity working to support healthy, life-changing connections between parents and children, and within couple relationships. Our primary objective is to offer effective, evidence-based support at the earliest stage of key relationships, giving people the skills and understanding they need at the time it can make the biggest difference.

What we do…
Parenting
Parenting can be tough. We don't always know what our children need from us or how to respond for the best. Circle of Security Parenting© Groups and Connected Teens run across the UK and provide much needed space to reflect on our children's needs and our own strengths and struggles are parents.
Relationships
Falling in love is the easy part when it comes to relationships. Nurturing a fulfilling, long-term partnership is way more complicated. Hold Me Tight© and Created for Connection© groups help couples see how they get stuck and help them journey back to intimacy and closeness.
Training and Development
At Connected Lives we are passionate about equipping professionals to offer effective help when it can make the most difference to babies, children, single people, couples and families. All the training offered is attachment-based, effective and backed up by robust and sound evidence.
