Helping your Tweens and Teenagers with their Big Emotions during these Difficult Times

How are both you and your tweens or teenagers coping with this enforced period of togetherness?

Want to see beyond the frustrations of your children’s bad behaviour, moodiness, anger and jealousy? Want to build a better relationship with them?

Join Dr Clare Gates, a specialist working with teenagers, for tips on helping your child understand what is driving their behaviour and together you can make sense of their feelings and validate their big emotions while giving them pointers to process them.

Help them to build their resilience and at the same time create a better relationship with you and with others throughout the rest of their lives.
