Jenny Peters - Director

Jenny Peters (MA, BA Oxon. MSc LSE) trained as a child protection social worker and after five years of working in an area Children and Families Team in London moved into the voluntary sector. In 2013 Jenny set up The Centre as a family support project run out of St Mary’s Bryanston Square, in 2019 Connected Lives began as a charity it its own right.

Jenny is an accredited Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator and Fidelity Coach and helped introduce the approach to the UK in 2013. She also brought the Created for Connection approach to the UK in 2017 and delivered the first UK Hold Me Tight and Created for Connection Courses and runs Created for Connection Trainings.

 
 
 

Eppy Izere - Operations Manager

Eppy is a finance and operations professional with over 15 years of experience, including the last five years in the charity sector. Before joining Connected Lives, Eppy built a strong foundation in retail banking and customer relationship management. With an MBA in Accounting and Finance, Eppy is passionate about driving operational excellence, fostering sustainable solutions, building strategic partnerships, and creating social impact.

Since joining Connected Lives in 2019, Eppy has progressed from Finance Manager to Operations Manager, overseeing the charity’s operations and leading early help parenting programmes as a trained Circle of Security Facilitator.A strong advocate for secure parenting, Eppy actively supports families across Connected Lives' London hubs, helping them create nurturing environments and strengthen parent-child relationships.

 
 
 

Katie Logan - Networks Manager

Kate Logan worked in the urban regeneration field for over 15 years. Following the birth of her twins, she had a change of focus and in 2013 helped Jenny Peters and Dr Clare Gates set up The Centre as a Community Action project. Since then she has been helping to develop the work of The Centre and now Connected Lives, organising and hosting many seminars and conferences both on a local community level for parents as well on a national level for professionals. She has undertaken the 4 Day Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator Training and 3 Day Core Sensitivities Training and since 2014 has been running COS-P groups in Westminster and now in Cambridge.

 

Funmi Ogunranti - Finance Manager

Funmi is a highly-skilled and qualified Accountant with extensive experience working across various companies. Passionate about the power of accounting, she believes in its ability to drive positive change, foster growth, and enhance efficiency.

 

Beyond her professional career, Funmi is a proud mother of two daughters and deeply committed to making a difference. She dedicates her time to causes that improve people’s lives, with a special focus on well-being and creating meaningful impact. She is driven by a desire to make life easier and more comfortable for others, using her skills and experience to support initiatives that truly matter.
